IMPORTANT: These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Konstantinas Kostinas, trading as “spotlitehub” (“SpotliteHub”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Who we are

2) Consumer‑only Service
SpotliteHub is offered to consumers only. Business use (purchases on behalf of a company for input VAT purposes) is not supported. By using the Service, you represent that you are acting as a consumer.
3) What SpotliteHub is (and isn’t)
SpotliteHub is a public directory and discovery platform where creators and agencies can host public profiles and add links to their third‑party pages.
4) Pricing (tax‑inclusive), Payments & Receipts
Plans (monthly, final price): Basic — €3.99; Platinum (Country) — €7.99; Platinum (Worldwide) — €14.99. Displayed prices are final and tax‑inclusive; where taxes apply, they are included in the price.
All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe; we do not accept direct payments outside Stripe.
Receipts only: by default we issue email receipts for every successful payment. Invoices are not issued or emailed. If required by non‑waivable law applicable to you, you may request an invoice via info@spotlitehub.com.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades may take effect immediately (we may prorate). Downgrades typically take effect at period end.
5) Cancellations, Refunds & EU/UK Consumer Information
You can cancel anytime in your account or via the customer portal. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable. If you are an EEA/UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase for digital services. By starting the service immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun. Where applicable, we may charge a proportionate amount for the period used.
6) Acceptable Use (SFW only)
Strict ban on erotic/nude imagery on‑site. Swimwear allowed only if fully covers nipples and pubic area, not see‑through and not explicit.
7) Content; License
You retain ownership of your content; you grant a limited license to operate the Service.
8) Third‑Party Links
We are not responsible for third‑party sites.
9) Moderation; Reporting
Report abuse or IP issues at info@spotlitehub.com. We may remove content or profiles that violate these Terms or the law.
10) IP; Takedown
Provide identification of the work, location of the material, and your contact details in takedown notices.
11) Service Changes; Availability
We may modify or discontinue features, plans, or pricing; no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
12) Disclaimers
Service provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties.
13) Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, links, or violation of these Terms or the law.
15) Governing Law; Disputes (No Pre‑Selected Forum)
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without adopting any single jurisdiction as exclusively governing.
16) Changes
Material changes will be signposted on the site and/or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
